Bow Street IPA leads in with a very attractive deep golden hue with highlights of straw running throughout. Complex herbal and spicy aromas are complimented by fruity floral notes coupled with faint grapefruit and candied orange contributed from both Willamette and Chinook hops.
Warmth on the pallet is due to the towering 11% strength of this ale. Keeping the primary fermentation temperatures low is essential in keeping the higher fusel alcohol in check leads to a much more enjoyable, full-flavored high strength beer
