Tasting Notes
A 5.6% lager aged for 16 months in neutral oak barrels with our house Brettanomyces culture. This beer has a crisp lager character with a light body and a dry, bitter, slightly acidic finish featuring layers of complex fruity notes such as orange, lemon, and pineapple. A faint hint of cherry with light leather and funky barnyard notes help play a supporting role. The fruit and funk are prominent but don’t overpower the lager character. A Harmonious balance plays between the clean and crisp characteristics of a lager with the tart and funk of farmhouse ales.⠀
